LG Manoj Sinha flags off ‘Run for Unity’ at SKICC | KNO

Srinagar, Oct 31 (KNO): Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday flagged off the ‘Run for Unity’ at the Sher-i-Kashmir International Conference Centre (SKICC) in Srinagar on National Unity Day that commemorates the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. Before the run commenced, per news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the Lieutenant Governor administered the unity pledge to participants, reaffirming the nation’s collective resolve to preserve unity, integrity and security. The event witnessed participation from students, youth and officials, symbolising the spirit of harmony and national integration. Officials from the civil administration and police also took part in the event held under the theme ‘Ek Bharat, Shreshtha Bharat.’—(KNO)
